Entry-Level Fabrication
As a Fabricator, you will work closely with experienced team members to learn and perform tasks related to plastic fabrication processes. Responsibilities include operating machinery, cutting and shaping materials, and assembling components. The role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. - Assist experienced fabricators in the operation of machinery and equipment for plastic fabrication processes.
- Learn and perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling plastic components.
- Adhering to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Work under supervision to gain hands-on experience and develop proficiency in the role.

- Participate in quality control processes to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in fabrication is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn plastic fabrication processes.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical agility to lift and move materials, as well as stand for extended periods.
Shipping & Recieving
Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our plastic fabrication company. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves collaboration with production and warehouse teams, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Inspect received materials for quality and quantity, documenting any discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to prioritize shipments and optimize workflow.
- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment for material handling.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with plastic fabrication processes and materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
