Entry-Level Fabrication
As a Fabricator, you will work closely with experienced team members to learn and perform tasks related to plastic fabrication processes. Responsibilities include operating machinery, cutting and shaping materials, and assembling components. The role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. This entry-level position offers hands-on training, making it ideal for individuals looking to kick-start a career in plastic fabrication. - Assist experienced fabricators in the operation of machinery and equipment for plastic fabrication processes.
- Learn and perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling plastic components.
- Adhering to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Work under supervision to gain hands-on experience and develop proficiency in the role.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and contributing to the fabrication team.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in fabrication is a plus.

- Basic understanding of workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical agility to lift and move materials, as well as stand for extended periods.
CNC Programmer
If you are a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to grow your career in CNC programming, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC routers to produce precision parts and components. This is also an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to start their career in CNC programming and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
- Develop and write CNC programs for our multiple Thermwood routers.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to ensure programs run correctly
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and precision.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines through current work, internships, or coursework.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Associate’s degree or technical diploma in CNC Programming, Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field a big plus!
