Repairs and Maintenance Services
If you have repair work to be completed on site, count on Chicago Plastic Systems’ repair teams. We routinely travel locally as well as long distance to repair fabricated plastic components that can’t be easily moved like tanks, scrubbers, and other equipment.
Chicago Plastic Systems' plastic fabrication preventative maintenance services program is designed to help detect operating and equipment problems before they become significant. Corrective action can then be taken by the owner to prevent: non-compliance with permits, laws, and regulations, and emergency maintenance situations that could impact production schedules. We will inspect duct, fans, bearings, motors, pumps, scrubbers, and we can set up a program custom tailored to your equipment for regular intervals of quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Installation
We have multiple teams to install the products we sell. Whether you need us to install a small tank or an entire ventilation system, count on us to get the job efficiently and professionally. Our installers are available for site visits prior to installation date to reduce any foreseeable issues such as power availability, plumbing requirements, and space constraints for duct or other mechanicals. We can also help locate roof or wall penetrations for duct, stacks or pipe.
