Chicago Plastic Systems has a team of engineers on staff to help with material selection, and product designs.Because they’re experienced in the details of plastic fabrication, we can help your designs will take shape up front. We can accept prints electronically as .sldprt, .dwg and many others. By providing you with electronic solid models, you can see what your finished part will become before we ever begin fabrication. Getting CPS engineers involved early in the design process can reduce the number of revisions which will save thousands of dollars. This can also shorten your project timeline and get finished products to you sooner.
If you have repair work to be completed on site, count on Chicago Plastic Systems’ repair teams. We routinely travel locally as well as long distance to repair fabricated plastic components that can’t be easily moved like tanks, scrubbers, and other equipment.
Chicago Plastic Systems' plastic fabrication preventative maintenance services program is designed to help detect operating and equipment problems before they become significant. Corrective action can then be taken by the owner to prevent: non-compliance with permits, laws, and regulations, and emergency maintenance situations that could impact production schedules. We will inspect duct, fans, bearings, motors, pumps, scrubbers, and we can set up a program custom tailored to your equipment for regular intervals of quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
We have multiple teams to install the products we sell. Whether you need us to install a small tank or an entire ventilation system, count on us to get the job efficiently and professionally. Our installers are available for site visits prior to installation date to reduce any foreseeable issues such as power availability, plumbing requirements, and space constraints for duct or other mechanicals. We can also help locate roof or wall penetrations for duct, stacks or pipe.
The team spends many hours each year obtaining safety certifications to prevent accidents while on site which leads to less down time. From setting equipment to hanging duct, our crews have the experience to get your project installed quickly and safely.
Nothing demonstrates technical detail knowledge, fabrication expertise and problem-solving abilities better than real-world examples. Our case studies show how we helped to overcome the toughest challenges and manufactured high-performing, long-lasting custom plastic components and assemblies for clients.
